MR-SYSTEM is a modular
system to help with the study and experimentation of automatic
control theory. This system is appropriate to hand-on practicum
classes dealing with first order, second order and superior order
systems. MR-SYSTEM is made up of several modules: a power
supply, a wave generator (square, triangle, sinusoidal), a PID
configurable regulator, a first order system with gain and a undamped
second order system, placed over a rack. Using MR-SYSTEM
connected to an oscilloscope, you can carry out several exercises,
e. g. open loop time answer, frecuency answer ; closed loop systems:
steady state errors, stability, PID design, perturbation analysis,
etc. MR-SYSTEM can be used as research or end of career
project equipment.
